Preheat oven to 375º

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
⅓ cup oats
¼ cup ketchup
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp finely diced onion
1 tsp salt
dash of garlic powder
pinch of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Knead all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Shape into 12 uniform sized meatballs.
3. Place into glass baking dish.
4. Top each ball with a generous dollop of ketchup, spread the ketchup evenly to coat.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

To make as a meatloaf vs meatballs, form into a loaf pan and coat with ketchup, then bake at 350º for 1.5 hours. Drain half way through if needed.
