1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup almond butter
3 tbsp powdered erythritol
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 275°F and line baking sheet with parchment
Combine pecans, coconut, macadamias, almond flour, and cocoa powder
Warm coconut oil and almond butter until smooth, stir in erythritol, vanilla, and salt
Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined
Spread on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
Add chocolate chips during last 5 minutes of baking
Cool completely before breaking into clusters
