1 small carp, cleaned and scaled, leave whole
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
1 qt. Half & Half
2 tsp. Elderberry juice, that has been cooked down like jelly
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover Carp and onion with water and cook until done. Then add the pickling spice, Half & Half, Elderberry and salt. Heat until warm, then serve over bread.
