4 boneless chicken breasts (can use bone-in with skin)
Garlic Power
Lawry Season Salt
Red Pepper Flakes
2 T. Flour
1T. Olive Oil
1 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

In a medium cast iron skillet, add butter and oil. Please in oven as it pre-heats.

In a zip lock bag, add all dry ingredients. Add chicken and coat.

Transfer to hot pan, turning once to even coat with the butter/oil.

Cook for 25 minutes then turn for 20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes
