4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 T. all purpose flour
Garlic Powder
Red Pepper Flakes
Lawry Salt
1 T. Olive Oil
1T. Butter



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a cast iron skillet. add olive oil and butter. Place in oven while it is preheating.

In a gallon zip lock bag, please all dry ingredients. Dredge the chicken pieces in the mixture.

Remove hot pan from the oven, once pre-heated. Add chicken, turn to coats with the oil/butter. Bake for 25 minutes, turn and bake for 20 additional minutes.
