3 cups regular rolled whole grain (oats, barley, rye, etc.)
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup flax seed meal
2 cups wheat bran
1 cup oat fiber
6 T psyllium

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well.
To prepare, mix 1/2 cup dry cereal in 1 - 1/12 c water. Microwave for 3 min. Stir. Microwave 2 more minutes. Let rest 2-3 min.
Dilute with milk until desired consistency.
Sweeten and add fruit or berries as desired.
