1 cup light EVO or vegetable oil
2-3 garlic cloves crushed
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp horseradish sauce
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice more if you like it lemony
10 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup or so of mayo to make it creamy ( a raw egg does the same )
(But no raw eggs if pregnant persons in your life)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except egg if using )in a blender.
Add the egg if using at the end. And blend again.

Tops salad with fresh shaved Parmesan, croutons and bacon bits
