6 c. potatoes diced
6 c. water
2 stalks of celery
1 c. onion chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. velvetta cheese
2 c. ham diced

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot combine potatoes, water, celery, onion, and salt then put a lid on it. Separately use a sauce pan and combine butter and flour, stir until smooth. Then stir in milk for 1 min., then add velvetta cheese (must stir constantly to prevent cheese from burning). When potatoes are tender (don't drain water), add cheese mixture into large pot. Mix well then add diced ham. Cook for 20 min.
