4 cooked boneless chicken breasts, chopped
1/2 to 1 head cabbage, chopped
2 pkg instant ramen (Chicken or Oriental flavor or both)
2 T sesame seeds
1 med chopped onion
1 sm pkg sliced almonds

Dressing:
2 T sugar
1/2 c salad oil
Dash of sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5 T rice vinegar
Seasoning packets from the ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Make dressing and set aside so sugar can dissolve.
Place ramen noodles in a large zip-lock bag and pound until broken into small pieces.
Place all ingredients in large bowl -- noodles last. Mix well with dressing and serve immediately. Sprinkle with additional sesame seeds

If you add the noodles and let sit, they will get soggy. Some people like it this way, but we like it crunchy. I serve this in the summer with hot bread.
