1 lbs. hamburger
3 stalks chopped celery
1 medium onion chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. warm water
1c. chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, and celery together. Drain and add soups, water rice, and soy sauce. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 min. (uncovered). Take out of oven and top with chow mein noodles and return to oven for 15 min. longer
