1-2 lbs stew meat
2 c celery, chopped in large pieces
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
1 can tomato soup or 1 can chopped tomatoes with seasonings
1 can water
4 carrots, cubed (We don't like cooked carrots, so I substitute 4 c chopped cabbage)
Salt, pepper
Sprinkle 2 T Wondra flour
1/4 c red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in Dutch oven with lid in the order listed. Bake at 275 degrees for 5-6 hours.
Add wine during the last 1/2 hour.
Keep covered and don't stir until ready to serve.

We LOVE this in the winter with rolls or hot bread. You can put it in the over at noon and it's done in time for dinner.
