2 1/2 shells full of whole milk or cream

Beat until frothy the eggs and milk or cream. Add flour for a stiff dough. Use cornstarch on a cutting board. Roll out thin with a rolling pin. Slice the dough with a knife into strips. Cook in boiling beef or chicken broth in a large saucepan. Serve noodles with broth.
