2 large cans of tomato puree
3 cups of water
2 small cans of tomato paste
1 can of whole peeled tomatos
onion and garlic powder
minced onion and garlic powder
Italian seasoning
parsley
fennel- light
rosemary and oregano
pinch of sugar
2 bay leafs
carrot, onion, pepper, garlic
pinch of baking soda
pork bones

Directions:
Directions:
boil pork bones for 20 min before adding to sauce pot


Mix all ingredients in a large pot
sprinkle nicely over sauce with seasonings
add all veggies and everything else
cook med-high heat until a boil
then simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
remove bay leaves

I drain all the veggies etc from the sauce. This is a liquid sauce, you can chop up veggies finer and leave in sauce.
