2 bags – Orieda O'Brien Potatoes
1 lb. – Velveeta cheese
2 c. – mayo
bacon to taste, crisped & crumbled (I use 15 slices)

Melt Velveeta and mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered at 350º for 35 to 45 minutes until heated through. (Should be a little bubbly on top).
