2 bags Orieda O'Brien Potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. mayo
bacon to taste, crisped & crumbled (I use 15 slices)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Velveeta and mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes until heated through. (Should be a little bubbly on top).
