1 c. butter, room temperture
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. white granulated sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, and both sugars together until thoroughly combined.
Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture. Stir until just combined.

*If making traditional peanut butter cookies, roll into 3/4" balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes until light brown.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.

**If making peanut butter blossoms, use small Pampered Chef scoop (2 tsp.) to fill mini muffin tins.
Bake at 350º for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a miniature Reese's peanut butter cup or a Hershey's kiss into each cookie. Let cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
Makes about 7 dozen cookies.
