2 oz whole flax seed
1 pt boiling water
juice of 2 lemons
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water on flaxseed. Let stand for 3 hrs. Pour off the clear liquid, and add the lemon juice. Sweeten to taste.
Dose: 1 oz over ice
