2 lbs. frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 t. garlic powder
2 T. dried onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1 can milk
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread hashbrowns in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle onion evenly over the top of the hashbrowns. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then evenly dollop over the top of the potatoes. Mix together the corn flakes and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake 1 hour uncovered or till cooked through.
