5 jalepenos, diced
5 tomatillos, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tsp diced garlic
6 oz meat (chicken)
1 medium romano tomato, diced
Grease
Flour
Boullion

Directions:
Directions:
Brgin in medium sauce pan by heating up grease, fry meat until done, set aside. Sprinkle flour into grease creating rue. Add boullion to make base gravy. Add jalepenos, tomatillos, onion, garlic, and tomato. Stir as adding. Let stew. Add diced or shredded meat. Stir, let stew. Stir occasionally. Stew for at least 1 hour on low heat.

If you want hotter chile add all seeds from the jalepenos.
If you want medium chile, add seeds from 3 jalapenos.
If your chile is too hot, add more boullion to cool heat.

Use blender or food processor to dice or chop the veggies for you.
