"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

2 pkg Cresent Rolls 4 oz cream cheese 1/4 cup fruit jam 2 Tbsp sugar cinnamon & sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll cresent rolls to create long rectangle. Heat cream cheese just enough to make soft. Add jam and sugar. Stir. Spread down the center of crescent rectangle. Take a knife and cut slits down each side, 1 inch apart. Begin at one end and criss cross strips of cresent dough, creating a braid design. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
