1½ rolls of Pillsbury refrigerator cookie dough
1 qt ice cream, softened

Directions:
Divide dough in half. Press dough into 2 round cake pans. Bake according to package directions. When cool, flip one cake upside down; add 1 quart softened ice cream; top with 2nd cake. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer. Freeze overnight. Slice the giant ice cream sandwich for serving. Prep time 25 minutes; Serves 12
