Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 beaten eggs
Salt
Pepper
½ cup milk
Enough flour to make a stiff dough (about 2½ cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together to form a stiff dough. Wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Lightly dust the countertop with flour, place the dough on the floured surface, and sprinkle a little flour on top as well. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough from the center outward toward the edges to keep it even.

Cut the dough into narrow strips with a pizza cutter, or divide dough, running small portions through a noodle roller and cutter, adding flour as needed if using a machine.

Spread the noodles out on a floured surface or clean towel and let them dry for 20-30 minutes. Once dried, place the noodles into boiling broth, or freeze them for later use. Add chicken-flavored base to the broth for better flavor.

Kelli: I never make a single batch, usually triple. Loren loves these.
