2 c sugar (400 g)
2 c brown sugar, packed (440 g)
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 c flour (480 g)
5 c blended oatmeal, measured & blended to a fine powder (about 425 g)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
24 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips (680 g)
1 Hershey bar, grated (43 g)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add chocolate chips and Hershey bar. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375°F. Makes 112
