4 eggs
2/3 cup honey
4 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 cup oil
3 packages yeast
11-12 cups whole wheat flour OR half white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of the water with a little sugar. Let sit for 15 min. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add 6 cups of the flour, mix, then add 5 or 6 more cups. Knead well. Let rise twice. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes for rolls. Bread may take longer

Let rise once and work down. After 2nd rising, make into rolls or loaves. Makes 4 loaves or 2 loaves and rolls.
