3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shortening

Directions:

Mix with fork, 1 cup water, 1 tsp. vinegar. Use only enough to make soft dough. Brush evaporated milk on top, then sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350°.
