2 sticks Butter
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 Whole egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Sifted flour
1/4 tsp Salt

Sugar Cookie Frosting
▢4 cups powdered sugar sifted
▢3-4 Tablespoons milk room temperature
▢2 ½ Tablespoons light corn syrup
▢½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
▢Gel food coloring optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour and salt.
Divide dough in two. refrigerate for two hours. Roll on out on a floured surface and start cutting out cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes. let cool and frost. Combine all frosting ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine.


Start with 2 TBS milk and increase until your desired consistency is achieved.
If using food coloring, separate frosting into smaller bowls and add food coloring to your liking.
