1 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 c. unsalted Kerrygold butter
1½ c. sugar
1½ c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. Kosher salt
2 tsp. double strength vanilla (I use Mexican vanilla)
4 jumbo eggs
4½ - 5 c. unsifted flour
1 bag (18 oz.) chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli milk chocolate)

Cream together Crisco, butter and sugar. Then add baking soda, salt and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well with each addition. Next, add flour. After well mixed add chocolate chips, mix on medium speed. Using a large cookie scoop, drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cookies finish cooking on cookie sheet. After 7 minutes, transfer cookies to cooling rack with brown paper bag on top of cooling rack. Enjoy!
