Personal Notes:
This is the best ever chocolate chip cookie recipe. I love having dough ready in the freezer for guests. I use a cookie scoop so that all cookies are uniform in shape, size and they bake evenly. I prefer to flash freeze the cookie dough before putting it in an airtight container. To do this role, the cookie dough into balls and space them out on the parchment lined cookie sheet. Then put the cookie sheet in a freezer for about 30 minutes or until dough is slightly frozen. Once the dough is slightly frozen, transfer the cookie dough balls into an airtight container or a freezer bag. They will keep in the freezer for up to two months. When ready to use so the door first. Remove the balls from the freezer. Set them on parchment lined baking sheet and cover them with a light cloth. Once they reach room temperature about one hour, take as directed in the recipe. Baked from frozen, place the door on parchment lined cookie sheet. Then preheat the oven to 350°. (only when baking dough frozen)
