1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 stalk celery (optional) chopped
1 cup catsup
1 /2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground cloves
small can mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat slowly untli crumbly but not hard. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for 30-40 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Serve on split rolls.
Mixture keeps well refrigerated or frozen.
