1 20oz square Oreida Frozen Hashbrowns (thawed) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 16oz container sour cream 2 cups shredded cheese, grated 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt
Mix everything but 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Lightly spray with Pam a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until brown.
