1 egg
1 tsp soft butter
2 drops of water
⅛ tsp cream of tartar
LOT flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat one egg and add salt and pepper
2. Add 1 tsp soft butter, 2 drops of water, cream of tartar and flour until no longer sticky
3. Put a pile of flour on the counter and work the doe tills its like bread dough.
4. Roll thin with a rolling pin and add flour as nessassary
5. Cut into thin strips

Grandma would dry these on kitchen towels and store in a large glass jar
