3 eggs
2 C sugar
1 C shorting
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 C sweet or sour milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla or nutmeg
4 or 5 C flour enough to roll

mix all together and roll out to about 1/4 inch and use cookie cutters. Bake at 350º for about 10 to 15 minutes just until golden brown
