1 c cocoa
½ c vegetable oil
2 c sugar
4 eggs
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, cocoa, sugar. Blend eggs one at a time, add vanilla, baking powder, salt and flour. Chill for few hours or overnight. Roll into small balls, roll in powdered sugar (get a lot of sugar onto cookie). Bake 350° on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet. Watch closely bottoms will burn.
