1 C Butter
1 C Corn Oil
1 C Sugar
1 C Powdered Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
4¼ C Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cram butter oil & sugars.
2. Add eggs & vanilla
3. Sift dy ingredients into creamed mixture & chill overnight.
4. Next Day, preheat oven to 375º
5. Roll into balls and dip into sugar. Then flaten with a sugar dipped glass bottom
6. Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown.
7. Leave on baking sheet 5 minutes before removing.
