2 cups flour
1 cup hot chicken broth
1 egg
flour for stiff dough.

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour into a medium size bowl
Pour hot broth over the flour, stir well and let cool.
Beat egg and add to flour mixture and stir well.
Add flour to make stiff dough.
Roll the dough thin, ⅛" to ¼".
Cut into strips ¾" to 1" wide by 2" to 3" long.
Drop one at a time into boiling broth to cook until tender.

Grandma served this with her chicken soup, "Chicken and Dumplins"

Can also be cut and put on cookie sheets and frozen; then placed in containers.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not thaw first, but drop into simmering broth while frozen.
