1 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup raisins
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
3 cups quaker oats

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Beat together, butter and sugars until creamy
3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well
4. add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt an mix just until combined
5. Stir in oats and raisins
6 Drop by rounded Tbsp onto cookie sheet
7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown
8. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute and then transfer to cooling rack
