1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Butter Flavoring
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Large marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, flavorings, and eggs until light and fluffy.Add cocoa. Mix well.
Add flour, soda and salt.
Drop on greased cookie sheet.
Bake about minutes at 375.
Remove from oven and quickly put 1/2 of a cut large marshmallow cut side down, on top of the cookie.
Return to oven for about 2 minutes.
Cool, then frost with chocolate frosting.
