2 Packages of Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Classic Stuffing (blue colored package)
6 Green apples (Peeled, cored and diced small)
4 Sticks of celery diced
2 Large yellow onions diced
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Broth (buy two)
6-8 links of Sweet Italian Sausage - may also used lump sausage or take sausage out of casing
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Fry up onions, apples and celery with olive oil
Add Sausage, break up while cooking until sausage is no longer pink
While sausage is cooking, put stuffing in a large bowl.
Add chicken broth to stuffing until just soft and well incorporated.
Add cooked ingredients and mix together.
May add more chicken broth if too dry.

Optional - for more crisp and flavor cook in butter in batches in a pan to make it crispy or bake in the oven at 350º for an hour
