˝ lb Jimmy Dean’s or Owens Hot Sausage
˝ lb Hamburger Meat
1 can Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 can Green Chilis
1 can Evaporated milk
1 jar Taco sauce (Ortega – use to get desired consistency)
1 small Chopped onion
1 lb Grated cheese
1 bag Tostitos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and hamburger meat with chopped onion. Mix other ingredients to meat mixture. Stir and let simmer till good and blended. In 9x13 dish layer chips with meat mixture and with grated cheese between each. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly. Add extra cheese on top while allowing it to rest in oven for a few minutes.
