4 cups All-purpose flour
2/3 cups Sugar
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Molasses
½ cup Butter
2 Eggs
6 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Anise Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Ground pepper
½ tsp Ground ginger
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Powdered sugar, for dusting

In small saucepan, combine butter, molasses, honey over medium heat. Once butter is melted, remove from heat, let cool. Add eggs and anise extract to butter mixture. Stir and set aside. In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugars, baking soda, and spices. Add dry ingredients to wet until well combined. Cover dough with plastic wrap and put in fridge 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll cookie dough into 1” balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 12-13 mins. Once cookies have cooled, roll in powdered sugar.
