Crust
1½ Cup Graham Crackers
¼ Cup Sugar
⅓ Cup Butter or Margarine (Softened)

Batter
3- 8oz Cream Cheese Blocks (Softened)
1 Cup Sugar
3 Large eggs
1 Pint Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Graham Crackers, ¼ Cup Sugar, ⅓ Cup Butter Softened.
Mix together untril well incorporated.
Press lightly into 10 inch spring form pan.
Put crust in freezer until mixture is ready.

Cream together cream cheese and 1 Cup of sugar.
Then using mixer on medium speed add remaining batter ingredients one at a time until mixure is smooth and lump free.
Pour into spring form pan lined with crust.

Put cake into preheated 325º oven for 20 minutes, then lower heat to 300 degrees and let it cook for 40 minutes.
Shut oven off and allow cake to stay in oven for 60 minutes ( do not open oven during this time).
Remove cake and cool.
