1 T butter
1 c sugar
2 c cake flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
dash of salt
1 c coconut (sweetened)
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten egg. Beat thoroughly. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Mix with butter and sugar mixture. Add coconut alternately into butter mixture. Last add vanilla.

Bake in square pan about 30 minutes.
