2 c sifted flour
1 1/3 c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
1 c milk
1.5 tsp vanilla
2 eggs - unbeaten
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients. Alternate flour mixture then milk with butter. Beat well after each addition. Add vanilla.

Pour into a greased and floured pan

Bake 30-35 minutes.
