Cucumbers (washed and snipped)
Garlic
Dill
Washed Glass Jars
Canning Salt

Brine:
4 qt. Water
1 qt. Vinegar (9%)
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stuff clean jars with dill & cucumbers. Put 1 or 2 pieces of garlic on top with 1 Tbsp canning salt.
2. Bring Brine to a Boil.
3. Pour brine in each jar to the top.
4. Screw lid on lightly
5. Put a towel in the bottom of a pot of hot water bath. Add the jars, leave for 20 minutes or until cucumbers turn a lighter color.
6.Take out, tighten lid & turn upside down to seal.
