½ c. Butter
1⅓ c. Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
¼ c. Apple Juice
1 c. Finely Chopped, Peeled Apples
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour (White)
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Ground Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 c. Raisins
1 c. Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar until blended. Add egg & beat well, beat in juice. Add next 5 ingredients & mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop b rounded teaspoon, about 2" apart on greased baking sheets.

Bake at 375º about 13 minutes.
