1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. bananas, mashed & ripe (about 3 large)
tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 & 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Generously grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Stir all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened; beat vigorously for 1 minute. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. If loaf sticks to pan, press gently on sides of loaf with knife or metal spatula. Makes 1 loaf.
