1 1/4 C rhubarb - cut up

1 C Sour Cream
1 1/2 C Sugar
3 Egg Yolks beaten (Save the egg whites for topping mixture)
1 T Flour

Topping
3 Egg Whites
6 T Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put cut-up Rhubarb into an uncooked pie shell

Mix the ingredients together and pour over the Rhubarb

Bake for at least One Hour at 350º or until done

Topping
Beat 3 egg whites
Add 6 T Sugar
Brown and sprinkle over pie
