5 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Crisco
1 C Lard
1 T Vinegar
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together using a pastry blender, if possible
Cut into small particles

Put 1 T Vinegar and 1 Egg into a cup and enough cold water to make 3/4 C
Add to Flour mixture and mix well

Divide into portions for each crust - Can roll out and make into individual crusts or
Make into balls or patties and store in plastic bag
Will keep several weeks in refrigerator or freezer

When ready to use, thaw and follow pied directions for bake times
If baking only the shell, bake at 475º for about 8 minutes, until lightly browned
