1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C Shortening
3 Eggs
1/2 C Orange Juice (about 2 oranges)
3 3/4 - 4 C Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 C Sour Milk

Mix all ingredients
Bake at 350º until light brown - 10 minutes or so

Frost with Powder Sugar Frosting made with Orange Juice
