1 lb Navy Beans
1 Ham Bone
1 C Celery chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
1 C Onions chopped
3 Potatoes - mashed with butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and soak beans overnight

Next morning -
Rinse beans
Add enough water to make 5 qts
Simmer 3 hours until beans fall apart
Add Ham Bone
Simmer 1 hour
Remove bone and cut off meat
Add rest of ingredients
Simmer 3 hours
