Enchilada sauce
Canned chili
Corn Enchilada shells
shreeded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger, drain, add enchilada sauce simmer.
Warm chili.. cook shells, just until soft enough to
bend.
using a 9/13 cake pan, put two tbst. meat into
shell, add one tbsp. chili, and a pinch of cheese.
continue until all the shells are done,use at least 12 shells.
pour over the shells the remainding meat and chili.
add the cheese on top.
cook in oven for 15 minutes at 350'
serve hot with a salad.
